- November 2005: Viet Nhat Electronics Corporation was established with the goal to become a company specializing in manufacturing and trading electronic products for education.
- July 2007: After a long time of study and development, the company launched two models of science calculators with brand name Vinacal Vn-500MS and Vinacal Vn-570MS, which have greater features than those in market.
- September 2007: VNC was chosen to sign “the cooperation agreement to expand the education operation support program on solving maths by Vinacal calculator for subjects: Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in the period of 2007-2010” by Ministry of Education and Training. Up to now, the company has expanded training for over 7,500 teachers all over the country.
- March 2008: The company firstly sponsored for “The national maths solving exam on hand-held calculator – the school year of 2007-2008” which was annually organized by Ministry of Education and Training on the national scale.
- July 2008: The company continuously launched into the market three models of desk calculator: DA-12TD, DA-12HD, and DA-14HD. Their outstanding characteristics are TWO COLOR CAST KEYBOARD (often called CAST KEY). This is the advanced technology of plastic injection molding industry, which keyboard and characters, numbers with injection molding by two different plastic colours on the same mould so as to ensure their colorfast numbers and characters in the process of using.
- March 2009: The company continuously sponsored for “The national maths solving exam on hand-held calculator – the school year of 2008-2009” organized by Ministry of Education and Training.
- 8th August, 2009: The electronic dictionary product with brand name ASKMI launched into the market, meet timely the increasing demand of learning foreign language of Vietnam’s society as well as the practical demand of learners. The brand name “ASKMI” also bring closeness, friendliness like a scholarly companion to users. Model 168 - with the practical and great features such as: the copyright dictionaries, native speaker pronunciation, searching by wildcard, etc. especially, the exciting learning methods with the first presence in the Vietnam’s market - helps learners quickly apprehending knowledge and efficiently improving skills of learning foreign language.
At the same time, the company also introduces to customers many new models of the desk and pocket calculator with beautiful design, diversified color, features suitable for Vietnamese.
- January 2010: On 15th January, 2010, Ministry of Education and Training formally organized a commendation ceremony for the businesses and benefactors who excellently contributed to the career in education and training” at Hanoi National Convention Centre. Also on this occasion, the company, with the positive contribution for domestic education, was honourably received the certificate of satisfatory progress from the president, Nguyen Minh Triet; Deputy prime minister, Minister of Education and Training, Nguyen Thien Nhan.
- March 2010: The third continuous year, the company sponsored for “The national maths solving exam on hand-held calculator in the school year of 2009-2010” organized by Ministry of Education and Training.
- July 2010: From the success of model 168, we have made a sustained effort to produce model 1188 with the extreme abundant, diversified and reliable data source for learning and looking up so as to develop the total skills of listening, speaking, reading, writing to foreign language learners. Besides providing theories, ASKMI 1188 is also an intelligent fellow-helper – also considered as a closet and dependable friend – to us on the way to explore the knowledge world.
- August, September 2010: The company has also sent into the market many another models of desk and pocket calculators with beautiful design, diversified color and features suitable for Vietnamese customers. At this time, the company also launched the promotional program “Choose Vinacal to win thousands of prizes” on the occasion of starting of the new school year and the promotional month (September, 2010) organized by Ministry of industry and trade HCMC.
